Born and raised in Metro Detroit, I’ve always felt a strong pull to contribute positively to my community. Working at DQS has been a rewarding journey where I help businesses find the right talent while nurturing relationships that last beyond just transactions. In my current role as an Account Manager at DQS, I manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and production sectors. Each day is an opportunity to understand their unique staffing needs better and ensure they’re met effectively. I take pride in being the go-to person for my clients, building trust is key! Before DQS, I spent two years at Rocket Mortgage as a Technology Recruiter. There I specialized in sourcing top-notch tech talent, from software engineers to data scientists, helping build teams that drive innovation forward. My experience there taught me the importance of understanding both the technical requirements of roles and the softer skills needed for team dynamics. It was rewarding to see candidates thrive after finding their perfect fit! My journey began at The Phillip Charles Group as a Recruiter where I honed my skills in interviewing and coaching candidates while maintaining strong client relationships. Throughout my career path, from inventory control specialist back at Sysco Detroit, to recruiting, I’ve always placed emphasis on understanding people’s needs, both employers’ and job seekers’. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring new destinations or catching an away game for one of my favorite sports teams. Traveling fuels my adventurous spirit while sports keep me connected to the camaraderie found in teamwork—both valuable lessons that translate back into my professional life.
