I research ways to make work better. Specifically, I am an experienced researcher, consultant, and organizational psychologist who studies ways to improve organizational performance and create high-performing teams. I am a learner by nature who loves hearing individuals' workplace experiences - both the good and ugly. I am a self-motivated individual who enjoys consulting with leaders around their workplace data and providing insights that will lead to happier, higher performing employees, and more effective teams & organizations. My research focuses on the areas of employee engagement, performance management & feedback, employee recognition, employee selection, learning & program effectiveness, and the employee experience across the life-cycle. I am skilled in Research Design, Statistics, Program Evaluation, Leadership Development, Survey Design, and Advanced Analytics. I have a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University of Nebraska at Omaha.
