I’m a Client Executive at Pegasystems who is passionate about using technology to empower people and help organizations do meaningful, high-stakes work better—especially in complex, regulated environments where outcomes truly matter.My goal is to bring more than 25 years of experience in banking, risk and operations to deliver my very best—and Pega’s best—for the clients and leaders I serve. I build long-term, trusted relationships with executives across operations, finance, risk and technology to modernize how work actually gets done through practical, well-governed AI-enabled workflows.Over the course of my career, I’ve led and advised major financial institutions on transformation initiatives spanning enterprise and operational risk, regulatory and compliance workflows, credit and financial operations, and data, analytics and decisioning platforms—often in highly fragmented, legacy environments.Earlier in my career, I built and led enterprise risk and analytics practices in senior leadership roles, including Vice President and Managing Director positions at global consulting firms. Today, I bring that background into a consultative sales role—helping organizations turn emerging capabilities such as agentic AI and intelligent automation into real-world execution, with the control, auditability and discipline regulated businesses require.Beyond financial services, I serve as a volunteer board and leadership advisor for Kid’s Creek Therapy, a pediatric rehabilitation organization in Johns Creek, Georgia—an experience that keeps me grounded around the most important things in life and what it truly takes to run and grow a mission-driven organization.At the onset of my career I also worked as a broadcast producer and manager with CNN and CNN.com, which continues to shape how I communicate complex ideas clearly and connect authentically with executive audiences.
