I believe being quality-focused and people-driven has been what has led me to success in the multitude of paths I've walked and my goal is to keep applying these traits to work that betters both the community and myself.Coupled with my drive for community improvement, my educational path impassioned me towards technical pursuits. My experience in the biotechnology industry in the form of tissue banking/medical device production gave me a first-hand interaction with cutting-edge work and its impact on the community. This gave me a strong connection to how important quality control/assurance is to every industry - which in part lead me to the field of public health sciences where I analyze building materials for asbestos.As an adamant proponent of continuous improvement, I am adept at developing and refining quality systems that align with the unique requirements of various regulated settings. This involves creating and implementing procedures, conducting audits, encouraging a quality culture, and staying abreast of the latest standards to guarantee compliance, excellence, and client satisfaction.
