About Shane Minshull

With over 16 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductors industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented sales leader with expertise in electronic components distribution and supply chain solutions. I am Director of Sales at Future Electronics, a global leader in electronic components distribution and supply chain solutions and based out of Montreal. My mission is to help our customers achieve their business goals by providing them with innovative and cost-effective products and supply chain services, while expanding our market share and customer base in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. In my current role, I am responsible for leading and managing a regional sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. I also partner with suppliers and customers to negotiate contracts, understand their needs and objectives, and communicate our value proposition. I have successfully met and exceeded annual sales targets, expanded the customer base, and grown existing accounts across various industries and sectors. Some of the skills that have enabled me to achieve these results are people skills, new business development, key account management, supply chain knowledge, talent acquisition, process improvement, and service excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset.
