About Shane Molinari

With over 8 years of experience in operations, production, and supply chain management, I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for the drone industry. I have a BFA degree from Long Island University and a strong background in editorial and photography, which allows me to combine creativity and technical skills in my work. As the Production and Supply Manager at Easy Aerial, I lead multiple production facilities, oversee hazmat logistics, monitor and report key performance indicators to the C-Suite. I am committed to ensuring and promoting environmental, quality, health, and safety standards in the workplace, and to supporting and developing Easy Aerial's quality management system. In my current role, I am responsible for the accuracy of data entry across the board to reportable stakeholders, and for conducting ongoing product design reviews, engineering change requests, engineering change notices, and engineering change orders with internal and external stakeholders. I also manage the purchasing, inbound, outbound, and transfer orders, and prepare and complete the documents required for customs clearance. I leverage my skills in editorial, photography, and digital photography to create and maintain visual documentation of the production process, products, and shipments. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, designers, and technicians, and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver exceptional results.
