Shane is a Partner in the EY People and Organizational Change Advisory Practice. Shane and the EY team assist clients tackle their people, process and technology challenges, improve operational performance and deliver sustainable change. An accredited Program Manager and certified change management practitioner, Shane brings over a decade of hands-on business effectiveness, program management and change management experience and has supported a number of large public and private sector clients in Canada, Australia and New Zealand successfully deliver enterprise-wide corporate transformations.
