Highly motivated self-learner and keen problem solver always seeking new challenges to further my skills and knowledge. I have experience in customer and technical support, in both an in-person and remote setting, with a wide range of software and hardware. I have a passion, as well as a good intuition, for trying new tech and keeping up to date with the latest releases and trends in the Tech Industry. I have developed effective communication & root cause analysis skills over 5+ years through experience within various customer focused tech environments and furthering these skills and developing complementary skills is a priority for me. Graduate of Music, Media and with a First Class in Creative Media from University of Limerick. I worked primarily on enabling the ideas of my peers when working in groups. I worked out creative solutions with code, and through various methods using sensors and Arduinos. This course taught great skills in lateral thinking and through dealing with a large array of technology I became adaptable to new situations.
