About Shane Pierce

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven company owner and consultant who specializes in transforming businesses from good to great. I help clients assess and address their structural and operational challenges, restructure their management teams, implement prime cost controls, and create and execute standard operating procedures. I also have a knack for building holistic training programs, crafting enticing food and beverage menus, recruiting salaried managers, and developing post-Covid hiring practices that align with the company's culture and guest needs. I have opened and operated 16 locations across various segments, including live music venues, restaurants, nightclubs, high-end dining theaters, and bars. Most recently, I was instrumental in the opening of the award-winning Orion Amphitheater, where I developed and managed 18 F&B sites and 122 points of sale for an venue.
