Shane holds over 19 years of experience in the property valuation industry. He has developed expertise across a variety of areas, including valuation of commercial, industrial, rural and agribusiness properties. His valuation experience includes but is not limited to- mortgage security - family law - taxation - asset valuations - litigation - resumption - compensation -rental assessments (rural, commercial and residential)- tax depreciation schedules - pre sale advice - pre purchase advice - capital gains tax - insurance assessments Shane specialises in rural/agribusiness properties - grazing, sugar cane, small crops, avocados, citrus, macadamias, turf farms, Viticulture, piggeries etc. Shane has also undertaken easement and compensation assessments for the “Burnett Heads Town Centre Redevelopment”, Hughes Road extension, Bundaberg Regional Council, government authorities and Queensland Rail. Shane has also undertaken rental assessments for Centrelink, Australia Post, Queensland Health and a number of commercial properties as well as valuations for various types of commercial and industrial properties and sub regional shopping centres, I.e IGA and Foodworks. Shane not only provides advice for the financial institutions but also for local and state governments and the private sector.
