About Shane Rife

With over thirteen years of experience in water, power generation, and sustainability, I am a General Manager at Whitewater Group, a leading provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions. I develop relationships and establish partnerships with regional and global leaders to improve their water, wastewater, and sustainability program management, while supporting them to scope, design, and execute projects that meet their goals at the lowest total cost of ownership. My core competencies include water pre-treatment and membrane systems, water reuse and water projects, cooling system water management, steam/boiler system water management, wastewater treatment including advanced tertiary applications (e.g. AOP), on-site oxidant generation (chlorine dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide), corrosion/scale/bacteria prevention, heat exchanger performance monitoring. I have successfully delivered many projects for my employer, customers, and clients across various sectors. At Amazon Web Services, I served as the water resource manager owning multiple European regions for five years. My mission is to help organizations and business leaders optimize their water and energy efficiency, reduce their environmental impact, and enhance their operational reliability.
