At Nationwide Building Society, my mission is to drive a robust risk-based control testing plan that aligns with our vision and mandate. My field of expertise in Security, Technology, Data Governance, and End-User-Computing, combined with my CISM and CIA credentials, allows me to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to our team, reinforcing the organization's mission and culture.Since joining Nationwide in May 2022, I have led a team of professionals in executing our COO and Controls Testing strategy, managing resources effectively, and spearheading strategic change initiatives. My role involves complex reviews across multiple policy areas, ensuring quality reporting, issue validation, and business monitoring. Skills in project management, communication, and training and development have been pivotal in delivering our team vision and purpose, as well as in fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
