An accomplished and highly experienced Engineer working in a highly competitive environment with a career of outperforming business plans supported by a proven track record including Project Management, Quality and Delivery of bespoke Equipment, Systems & process’s within a Global Automotive OEM. I have a successful history of leading improvement projects at both strategic and operational levels and would describe myself as being commercially astute and an innovative thinker with extensive experience in Project Methodology. My primary role has been with Honda Engineering Europe – Engineering & Project Management responsible for supplying Engineering solutions to Honda's global operations, managing cross-functional teams of engineers to identify and develop business strategic objectives with a reputation of understanding the bigger picture and connecting different parts of organisation to achieve company goals. As well as being a versatile Project Manager I have excellent leadership skills with a ‘hands-on’ approach to management and have been able to build meaningful working relationships and develop strong stakeholder engagement.
