About Shane Tackett

Shane is an Honorably separated Marine Corps Veteran with five years of active-duty service. Shane graduated in the top ten of his class from the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center in 2011. Shane served as an Intelligence Analyst at the Top-Secret security level, serving one year in combat deployment service to Afghanistan and over two years abroad in Okinawa. Shane is a two-time Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal recipient for analytical contributions to successful forward operations in Afghanistan and Korea. Shane is also a recipient of the Good Conduct Medal. After Honorably separating from the Marine Corps in 2015, Shane earned a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Biological Sciences from The University of Missouri Columbia. After achieving a 504 MCAT score and being in the 96th percentile in the Critical Analysis and Reasoning section in 2018, Shane attended and completed the first year of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program. Shane withdrew from this program after the first year in June 2020. Shane’s leadership experiences include managing U.S. and International military intelligence analysts and U.S. civilian intelligence analysts with global purview at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information security level. Supervising allied health professionals in hospital and private clinic settings. Managing a commercial sales department's profit, loss, and logistic coordination. Supervising post-print processing of advanced 3D-printed metal alloy components for aerospace, industrial, and medical applications. Developing and implementing ISO9001:2015-based QMS standards into a small automation and integration palletizing company. Currently, Shane manages a team ranging from 20 to 60 personnel that includes master, journeyman, and apprentice electricians, as well as carpenters and other career tradesmen. This team assembles power distribution centers designed and fabricated in-house and integrates custom switchgear and uninterrupted power supplies to exceed our customer expectations and uphold our ISO9001:2015 accreditation. Shane seeks to provide visionary leadership to organizations at the executive level.
