About Shane Taylor

I am a grandson of the esteemed Dr. PG Taylor, who was a highly respected pioneer in the field of dentistry at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, currently the University of Pacific, in San Francisco. I am honored to follow in his footsteps in the Utah and Nevada regions. Having owned and Operated numerous Dental offices in these regions I have had the opportunity to mentor many fellow colleagues in this great field. After serving a two year church mission in mexico I returned and graduated from the University of Oklahoma Dental School where I also received the coveted John Miles award of excellence. Dentistry has become a passion as I continue to mentor and excel in numerous techniques and specialties in the field of dentistry including Orthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Implant Surgery and Cosmetic Dentistry. I am an owner of various corporations that deal with dentistry and the training of support staff. I help advise dentist, needing an outside look at their current operations, ways to improve their bottom line without spending a fortune. One of my passions is also the Army where I first joined in 1989 as a Combat Engineer and served in Germany, Korea, Peru, and in the Persion Gulf War. After attending Dental School I served in the Army Reserves as a Dentist in support of Operation Enduring freedom once in Afghanistan and later in Kuwait.
