I have approximately 13 years working experience in the following,(but not limited to), AppDynamics, Application Performance Management tooling and Network Performance Management tooling (AppDynamics, Micro Focus, Riverbed, CA Technologies, Cisco Prime infrastructure, Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution, Wireshark, Microsoft and Linux) Establishing requirements of specified environments by designing systems, configuration, directing system installation, defining perimeters, documenting and enforcing system standards the design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment, maximizing application performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with architects on optimization of systems is what I do best. I look at myself as an all-rounder in the information technology space as I specialize in monitoring of all systems, you don’t only have to have knowledge of Hardware, Software you need to break all that down to the packets and all the protocols involved for all communications to work.
