I’m a driven professional with a background in promotions, customer service, and marketing, eager to transition into a new role. As a former athlete, I thrive in competitive environments and am committed to achieving ambitious targets. In my previous roles, I successfully planned and executed promotional activities and engaged with diverse communities, which has equipped me with strong communication and relationship-building skills. My experience in graphic design and event coordination has honed my ability to think creatively and strategically. Additionally, my customer service background has instilled in me the importance of understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service, crucial for customer retention and satisfaction. Upon completion of a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University, I have a solid foundation in marketing, promotions, sales, and sponsorships. My leadership experience as Alternate Captain of the NIU Hockey Club has also instilled in me resilience, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset. Currently based in Illinois and open to relocation, I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my competitive spirit, dedication, and diverse skill set to a dynamic team.
