About Shane Thomson

I am a former university professor, coach, trainer, speaker, and principal of Resonance Coaching and Development. I work with individuals and organizations who want to live, love, and lead with greater authenticity. My goal is to empower my clients with the knowledge and skills they need to move their lives forward and improve performance in sustainable ways. I do this by incorporating energetics and spiritual principles and practices into my coaching and corporate training programs. I am also currently serving as the director of Manchester University's NxtGen on Campus Program. The program is funded by a Lilly grant to make higher ed more visible and accessible to our young people-especially those from undersourced communities and future first-gen college students. We are approching this objective by bringing them onto campus for experiences that inspire curiosity in higher ed and get them excited about academic paths while participating in fun activities and leadership development training. This is a tremendous project, and I am very excited to see how it changes kids' lives.
