I have operated in the Manufacturing/Production industry for over twenty years. The combination of medical device manufacturing and large automotive facility production has allowed me vast knowledge and experience in a fast paced environment. At 48, I am a seasoned business professional with diverse management background. My career in medical device has encompassed manufacturing, logistics, budgeting and planning, financial analysis, purchasing, project management and corporate communications. My career in automotive allowed me key experience in large facility management from a production and skilled trade level. I have successfully planned and directed numerous large scale projects such as facility transfer, integration of an overseas facility and a medical device production launch, which was accomplished in 7 months of conception. My career through various organizations allowed me the opportunity to handle a range of responsibilities including; process development, lean implementation, problem solving, motivation, labor efficiency, process flow and project implementation. As a result, I have a unique talent for turning challenges into solutions that can yield profitable results.
