Corporate Treasury, IPO's, Capital raising and Transaction execution professional especially for M&A and Privatisations. I have concluded transactions across all seven continents with particular exposure to emerging markets. Unique background in Corporate, Banking and Advisory, combining ‘buy’ and ‘sell’ side knowledge. Breadth of my experience is pertinent to all stages of financing, whether developing financing strategy, transaction execution or managing existing debt and relationships. Strong working knowledge of Political Risk Insurers, Export Credit Agencies, International Financial Institutions (e.g. World Bank, EBRD, IFC, AIIB) and Commercial lenders.
