About Shane Zepeda

Growing up my grandparents owned our family HVAC business they started in 1952. My dad took over in the 70’s, now my business partner Kevin Broom & I have taken on the challenges of owning Brown Service Co. At the young age of 8 I would ride into the office with my dad to jump on a truck, riding with a tech that needed help that day or Install during the summer while school was out. My knowledge in this industry was learned riding with some of the best OLD SCHOOL techs throughout my younger years. At the time I did not realize the value & willingness these guys where giving me. This is why I am quick to help a tech who I see is putting in the work to learn this rapidly growing & changing industry. I have started to take time out of my personal life to work with any of our team who is willing to do so on their time as well. I take great pride in the workmanship my team & I provide. Being in a small business I have had the opportunity to learn every position from warehouse/delivery to now part owner. It has not been easy however it has put me in the position to know how important each and every job is in the company. Customer service, sales, solving problems & service diagnostics are my strong suits! My vision is to lead and keep building one of the greatest HVAC companies in Tarrant county, along with helping my team reach their business and personal goals! Yes I love to win but to watch someone I have helped along the way succeed is one of the most rewarding things to me! I would like to start a HVAC training school one day, possibly as part of a service Brown service could provide but right now I am zeroed in, in building my team at both Brown and my Install crew.
