I’ve been a Customer Service Specialist in diversified backgrounds such as Retail, Banking, Collections, Insurance and Telecommunications. I’ve been employed by Verizon Wireless for 15 years. Through the years these different fields has allowed me to achieve some wonderful skills, such as leadership, time management, financial literacy, amongst other skills but most importantly people skills that I’ve been able to transfer interchangeably to each field. Each field has allowed me tremendous growth. I love the idea of being able to assist and be a helping hand to others. I’m a strong believer in the people build the brand. I’ve provided explemary customer service, where my professionalism and commitment has gained me company recognitions. I believe in being an advocate for my customer’s as well as the company. I’m a firm believer in providing complete and accurate information, so that fully informed decisions can be made by both parties. Throughout my years as a customer service representative, I’ve mastered the emotional intelligence in dealing with complex, escalated issues by ensuring the issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I feels that customer service is the epitome of any company. It is the face of the brand that has it’s first encounter with customers. It demonstrates the key components of what the brand wish to convey to its customer through the initial impact of customer service, which should be demonstrated with ethics and integrity.
