I’m a mission-driven professional with a unique blend of experience across healthcare operations, clinical research, behavioral health, and nonprofit leadership. Currently, I serve as the Quality Care and Research Manager at the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, a rare disease nonprofit where I oversee national accreditation programs, manage multi-phase grant cycles, and support high-impact research partnerships. Previously, I served as a Project Manager at the Institute for Medical Research, an affiliate of the VA, where I managed a $50M budget supporting clinical studies and strategic initiatives. I also worked as a Health Plans Manager at Fresenius Health Partners, focusing on care coordination and plan implementation for chronic disease populations, and served as a Loan Officer during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping small businesses secure critical funding through relief and recovery programs. I hold dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Clinical Psychology, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina Central University, where I also serve as a counseling intern. My clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care, and I’m working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). I’m proud to be a member of Chi Sigma Iota (Nu Chi Chi Chapter) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). I also hold certifications from the CITI Program in Human Subjects Research and the SAS Institute in statistical programming and data analysis. Across all sectors, my focus is consistent: supporting equity, dignity, and improved outcomes for underserved communities—whether through therapy, healthcare access, or research funding.
