Working as a Customer Service Agent at Delta, I make it my duty to make sure I am fulfilling passengers needs, creating a happy environment before their travel and assisting with any concerns or requests they may have during their traveling experience. One of my greatest skills I find to be successful and helpful while assisting customers in the airport is my ability to take leadership and solve problems. Being someone who possesses strong qualities while also being a very empathetic person, I find it easy to put people at ease when faced with hard times. I enjoy working at Delta because of the many different people you meet from across the world.
