With three decades of experience in the state administrative service, I am a seasoned independent consultant with a passion for #public service,#governance, and development. I have a strong background in project planning, strategy, leadership, and administration, and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to help clients achieve their goals and improve their outcomes. I am currently working as an independent consultant for various government and non-government organizations, offering my expertise and insights on various aspects of policy, management, and evaluation freelance Before becoming an independent consultant, I served in the Jharkhand Administrative Service for more than 30 years, retiring in March 2021. I held various positions in different departments and sectors, such as education, health, rural development, urban development finance, disaster management,risk aversion and land revenue. I was responsible for planning, implementing, execution and monitoring various projects and programs, as well as coordinating with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries. I also led and mentored teams of #civil servants, and ensured compliance with rules, regulations, and standards. I have developed and honed skills such as project planning, strategy, leadership, administration, communication, and problem-solving throughout my career. During the outbreak of #COVID-19 pandemic being Dy Municipal Commissioner in RMC I have to lead, monitor, coordinate the various precautionary, profilactic and remedial measures for saving the people from the impact of the disease, specially in that case when unforseen risk occured in form of COVID-19.
