As an Inside Channel Account Manager at Mitel, I managed partner relationships with our Value-Added Resellers (VAR) in the Authorized and Silver Partner categories. My mission was to increase on-premise PBX and subscription services revenue within my assigned territory and region, while ensuring partner and end user satisfaction.I leveraged my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), sales and marketing, and assortment strategies to enroll new reseller partners, provide them with effective sales and technical training, support their demand generation efforts, and develop net new opportunities. I also assisted my partners with timely and effective problem solving when questions and issues arise. I am passionate about making connections with partners and facilitating their end to end lifecycle success and goals.
