I make learning invisible. That is, I design training curriculum and methodologies tailored to each employee group’s needs and learning style in a manner that boosts comprehension, promotes dynamic discussions, and stretches comfort zones before the learner even realizes it, because they are so invested in the process. Who hasn’t been required to sit through long sessions of corporate training while text is read aloud from manuals and slide decks in drowsy after-lunch sessions? Not my learners. For over 5 years, I have developed corporate cultures into transformative learning environments focused on real-life scenario building, hands-on leadership workshops, and weekly/quarterly check-ins. However, my learning and development frameworks take on a whole meaning of the words “engagement” and “retention.” By consistently measuring program impacts and presenting results of assessments with passion and practicality, I gain buy-in from key decision-makers to implement training structures appropriate for each level of leadership and responsibility with significantly positive results. Most notably: I increased confidence and improved comprehension scores from 76% to 92% for 2.5K+ coaches and leaders at Noom, Inc. My ability to translate training needs gathered from Bloom’s Taxonomy assessments and leadership feedback data ensures higher knowledge retention through tailored, bite-sized training pieces in a new, redistributed curriculum framework. As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I mediate sessions where adults can engage in discussions with peers or leaders from different socioeconomic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. My efforts to expand people’s minds and perspectives allows for a more collaborative, empathetic, and transparent workplace environment built to ensure employee success. Let’s connect!
