Loyalty to my customer and their mission has been my key goal in 16years of customer service. I have been with the Marine Corps Recruiting Command for 5 ½ years, starting out by answering phones and creating trouble tickets. I’ve developed as a jack of all trades with in the service desk and in the general goings on at MCRC. I’ve created and developed the processes followed to track the commands software and hardware. I work with all the other teams IA, EDM, INS and MCRISS to learn to assist where I can. My current goal is to become more focused on SharePoint design and development. Here is where my personal passion to create but to create useful items can be fulfilled in my profession. I am pursuing online training as well has have taken on the day to day SharePoint needs of my customer, in hopes that I will continue to expand my knowledge and transition my career.
