Hi! I’m Shannon, and I am the Visual Merchandiser for EMEA counters at Charlotte Tilbury. I am a natural, intuitive and motivational Visual Merchandiser looking after all VM elements and design across our Charlotte Tilbury counters. I have a vigorous retail background, degree in Fashion Marketing and core understanding of customer experience and journey. I am creative, people driven with a proactive, approach to my work. I have continual ability to juggle multiple creative projects, keeping a positive and calm approach whilst managing CPAs through to creative executions. I have confidence in my ability to manage and prioritise workload and my collaborative approach to work with internal and external teams to achieve beautiful creative store executions, striving to fulfil brand objectives and deliver exceptional results!
