About Shannon E. Price

Agile Portfolio/Program/ Project Manager (PfM/PgM/PjM), Accounts Director and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). I had a somewhat unconventional path Professional Services, but now have 6+ years in Management/Project Management (including senior level)/CSM/Team Lead, Portfolio/Program Management, and Account Director works. I have managed Dev, Professional Services, Product, Security, Design, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Marketing Teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (including multiple Teams at one time). I have worked on numerous projects of varying size/ complexity across multiple offices/product types from inception to final delivery. I have owned project/product processes as well as helped with standardization and best practices across multiple projects/offices using a variety of methodologies and project/product tools (including implementation of a PSA) and worked towards the development of a couple of PMOs and have led one PMO. I’ve also helped with company-wide agile transformations with related tool sets (I.e. TFS to Azure DevOps, and basic Jira to Jira Premium with Advanced Roadmaps). I look forward to continuing my career towards a people/process-driven role as a PMO Officer, Chief of Staff/People. I thrive working in a remote environment with diverse cross-functional/translocated Teams of varying sizes, and I believe in people/communication first, being open to new ideas, and staying positive!
