As Senior Industry Engagement Partner – Clean Energy at TAFE Gippsland, I work at the intersection of industry, government and education to help shape the skills and workforce capability required for the region’s clean energy transition.My role focuses on building strategic partnerships across the New Energy sector to translate emerging industry and government priorities into sustainable training pathways, investment opportunities and long-term capability for Gippsland. I work closely with industry leaders, government stakeholders and training organisations to ensure TAFE Gippsland is positioned as a trusted partner in the delivery of skills critical to major clean energy and infrastructure developments.Key areas of focus include:• Industry & Government Engagement: Acting as a central point of contact and trusted adviser for the New Energy sector, building relationships that inform workforce planning, training design and investment decisions aligned to the clean energy transition.• Strategic Partnerships & Capability Development: Brokering partnerships across industry, government and the education sector to co-design training solutions, support funding and grant opportunities, and build institutional capability to respond to emerging workforce needs.• Sector Representation & Influence: Representing TAFE Gippsland at regional, national and industry forums to strengthen networks, share insights, and position the Institute within broader clean energy, infrastructure and workforce development conversations.With a strong focus on strategic planning, collaboration and delivery, I am committed to supporting Gippsland’s clean energy future by helping align skills, investment and training systems to the needs of a rapidly evolving sector.
