About Shannon Krieger

I have over 20 years of building, and managing, strong healthy teams; in both technical and non-technical business environments. I have managed projects for government organizations such as NASA, United States Customs Service, United States Department of Defense along with those in the private sector. In 2022 I shifted from the telecommunications sector to healthcare. I am a workflow and organization enthusiast with a proven track record of creating, and managing, healthy sustainable growth through both short and long term project management, team development, business analytics, strategic planning and marketing management. In addition to my experience working with government agencies and corporations I have over 10 years experience working with boutique businesses to build fulfillment systems, websites, graphic design, and product photography. I have also worked extensively with teams and company ownership to review culture, product offerings and marketing initiatives for diversity and inclusion. Our pattern design firm was on the forefront of industry changes regarding size inclusivity, expanding size offerings for the adult curvy size chart from 0-26 to 0-40. We have held a firm stance on equality and inclusion removing “men’s and women’s” from all pattern verbiage while encouraging product models of all races, genders and orientation to be celebrated within our covers, listings photos, and marketing materials.
