About Shannon Mann

I have spent my career helping others. Whether it was achieving their fitness and wellness goals, obtaining personal career goals, assessing and providing supportive in-home care, educating others on dementia, caring for individuals with impaired mental and cognitive states, or helping individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia find proper care and living environments. My focus has always been to help in any capacity I could. I get energized by knowing my committed efforts, significant knowledge, and solution-oriented mindset provides hope, enhanced quality of life, and well-guided answers to those in need. I am blessed with the gifts of compassion, empathy, intellectual intuitiveness, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I am also sorely aware of the disparities in available quality care for our seniors, adults with mental health disorders, and adults with developmental disabilities. In 2015 my family was suddenly thrust into our own healthcare crisis. I experienced the unfortunate learning curve of not knowing where or how to begin to find help. For years I ungracefully navigated the overwhelmed and complicated mental health system. I have made impossibly tough decisions for another's life and long-term care choices, I have lived through the heartache of having a loved one institutionalized and having no clue how to help them other than by continuing to love them unconditionally. I wish I knew then what I know now! I wish I knew where to turn for help, I wish someone, anyone had the answers to the resources my family desperately needed. I am resolutely committed to always being an advocate, resource, and consultative advisor to ensure the needs of your loved ones are being met.
