I enjoy working for companies that have structure, integrity, and a solid management team. My favorite parts of the job are working through changes, process improvements, business growth/development, and taking on new challenges. I work well with other dedicated team members but I also work well alone and with external contractors. When measuring my success at a company I look at the projects I have been a part of or completed and the impact they had on the company as a whole: process efficiencies & practicality, the amount of knowledge I gained, and the knowledge or skills I was able to pass on to others. I believe efficiency & respect are the most important keys to any job, at any company: clear communication, clear goals, accuracy, no fluff, and direct results.
