In my previous careers, I’ve had the benefit of learning and growing with the top managers and teams, which has led me to equip myself with a high-range skillset that works with any business. I believe that you can teach skills, however, you cannot teach personality, drive, perseverance, ethics, initiative or integrity. My search for knowledge and growth, and my capacity for empathy, humility and accountability have led me to excel in customer service and client-based business. Computer systems and in-house based programs very quickly become second-nature to me, along with organization and a knack for self-management. My personality is very outgoing, however I balance that with digging into analytics, problem-solving and time-sensitive goals. I love animals, hockey and you’ll never find me out of anything to say about my cats (there may be a picture or ten involved). Documentaries about crime, history and culture also fascinate me.
