Often referred to as an over achiever, I adapt to needs of the employer and excel well beyond what I was hired for, regularly increasing my responsibilities. At my current job, I started as an admin with a concentration in accounting and web. They were outsourcing their accounting, but with my previous accounting experience, I quickly excelled and brought all of the accounting in house, This pattern continued with me now managing the accounting & leasing department, handling insurance policies, banking relationships, etc. Being the most technically adept in the office, I also have taken on IT and database roles, overseeing data migrations and data software implementations. During COVID19, I researched funding options and handled all of the loan and forgiveness application processes.This is just my most recent example of adapting and increasing responsibility, but this has been my experience throughout my career from the time I started working.
