I also contribute to creative projects with our videographer and training specialists- Technical Documentation: I manage the HubSpot Knowledge Base repository and maintain departmental documentation within the company’s Global Processes tracking system- Systems Architecture & Coordination: I designed and maintain Smartsheet-based dashboards and automated workflows that optimize department operations. I also manage the department’s Project Management Office, including new hire tracking systems, executive dashboards, and customized templates to streamline project management and drive efficiency.
