About Shannon Tevlin

My latest role involved working with Ireland East Hospital Group within the Health Service Executive, Ireland. I was working as a Grade V Recruiter & Social Media Executive. I supported the delivery of both HR and social media activities across the group. My role focused on areas of shared responsibility for Recruiting and Communications – notably communications around recruitment and employee engagement. My role consisted of social media management, content development, scheduling, and reporting for the group. Conducting recruitment campaigns from start to finish with efficacy and accuracy including preparing,organising and conducting interviews, carry out relevant recruitment checks, collating references. Ensuring to hire the best possible candidate that we see fit for the specific role in our 12 hospitals that we covered. My role also contributed to the rollout of the IEHG staff app, and initiatives to improve communications, engagement and staff wellbeing across the Group. I also contributed to other HR and communications projects, such as training and development as required.
