I’m a vision-driven public sector leader with 25+ years of experience in government and education. At my core, I believe in leading by example—with integrity, compassion, and a mindset rooted in growth and community. I’ve built my career around bringing people together, navigating complex challenges, and driving forward programs and policies that make a lasting difference. Right now, I serve as the Deputy Community Development Administrator for the County of Lake, where I support planning, code enforcement, and building safety. I lead big-picture initiatives like the General Plan update and Climate Adaptation Plan, and I’ve written and managed millions in successful grants over the years. But what I’m most proud of is building strong, inclusive teams and working side-by-side with staff, elected officials, and community members to get things done. Watching the fruits of my labor unfold is hugely rewarding! I’m a Northern California native, a proud mom of two amazing adult children who live in Southern California, and someone who recharges by spending time in nature. Whether it's hiking, kayaking, or bird watching, the outdoors is my happy place. I believe great leadership starts with listening, showing up fully, and staying grounded in purpose—and that’s the energy I bring to every project, team, and community I serve.
