With over 11 years of clinical experience as a certified nurse practitioner, I now focus my talents as a dedicated provider specializing in mental health, focused on providing integrative care that combines traditional psychiatric treatments with holistic approaches. My goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their healing and recovery journey, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, values, and goals. I work with individuals aged 13 and older who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges, offering tailored care that considers the whole person—not just a set of symptoms. I am passionate about supporting each patient in their pursuit of balance, well-being, and fulfillment, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. In addition to mental health practices, I serve as a Family Nurse Practitioner at UCHealth, where I contribute to revolutionizing acute pain management in Southern Colorado. By deploying innovative treatments like ketamine and lidocaine infusions alongside regional anesthesia, we focus on managing complex pain and the interplay with substance abuse, always emphasizing evidence-based care and patient advocacy.
