About Shanny Benoit

I might be a mechanical engineer, but I am interested as much in people as in the projects I am working on. I have been working in many different teams, with different people, on different projects that goes from meshing automotive parts to coordinating a team of multiple engineers in the aerospace industry. I strongly believe in human collaboration, transparency and positive recognition. For a project to be healthy, you need enthusiastic and dedicated people, and I think the only key of obtaining this is through leading by example. Challenges are part of my life, and I am always looking for the next one! I like being thrown in an unknown field and to find my way through it. My fields of interests are diversified, and jump from 3D design, to team management, automotive industry, architecture. the list could go on and on. On the side, my personal projects consist of staying busy and working on something I can get knowledge from, and cars take a special place in my heart and schedule.
