About Shanoya Jugar

A self-motivated, focused, and fast learning candidate with a B.A in Accounting from Florida International University. I have a strong passion for world-class guest experience with strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and leadership experience. During my time at Topgolf, I have been allowed to develop my leadership skills as a Team lead, where I was later promoted to a Hospitality Manager. This has helped me to build my problem-solving skills and understanding of being a significant and positive leader. I am an open-minded individual who understands the business's needs and its customers by listening and acknowledging their needs/concerns with a positive and exciting attitude. A very resourceful candidate in the completion of project and multi-tasking ability seeking a Master of Business Administration that will further help me develop more advanced and flexible skills while gaining a better understanding of general business management functions.
