I am an individual with strong determination & a continual strive for improvement. I believe I am a highly motivated self-starter who can lead his team to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment. With 20 years of content making under my belt I am well versed with changing World-Wide Content Demographics across all formats. Being at a senior profile at several reputed media organizations I know what goes into the making of an excellent content regardless of the medium - whether it's for TV OTTs and films or regardless of the format- whether it is Fiction Non-Fiction and Reality. My strengths are both creative and strategic combining the both to achieve goals that are both business and numbers oriented. This also gets enhanced by the fact that I have a stronghold on budgets and production side that helps me balance business realities vis a vis business goals. I am an integral part of the core think tank of the places I have worked at with a clear focus on the content as per the future vision. I Lead mentor and am responsible for the growth of a full team reporting to me.
