About Shantanu Baraskar

I'm Sr. Business System Analyst experience helping teams bring complex ideas to life. Over the years I’ve led a wide range of projects from start to finish—building roadmaps aligning stakeholders managing timelines and keeping delivery on track. Whether it's a product launch a tech integration or a process improvement initiative I focus on making sure everything moves forward with clarity and purpose. I’m comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and have a solid handle on tools like MS Project JIRA Power BI and Confluence to track progress and communicate what matters. I’m big on clear communication working collaboratively and turning challenges into action plans. What drives me most is seeing a well-run project deliver real impact—on the business on the team and on the end users. I bring a mix of structure flexibility and calm under pressure to every project I take on.
