TEAM LEAD ENGINEERING DELIVERY – Time, cost & quality targets - based project delivery through multi-location internal and/or external stakeholder coordination • MID-LIFE AND ONGOING ENGINEERING INTERVENTIONS - Planning, reviewing, and executing engineering changes by liaising with VE, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Service to enhance customer experience. • SUPPLIER EVALUATION & DEVELOPMENT - Lead coordination with VE, P & SC, and PL for Feature Mapping, Supplier evaluation, and strategic supplier development • RELIABILITY AND WARRANTY LIFE -improvement via design optimization cycle (PDCA) & horizontal deployment aided by design rule book, TGR, TGW & WCQ methodology. • VAVE - idea generation, mapping, tracking, and execution efforts to achieve the Cost reduction Targets by balancing agreed PAT/PALS. • FEATURE/DESIGN INTEGRATION of proprietary designs in-vehicle applications • MODULAR DESIGNS FOR VEHICLE PLATFORM – EXPERTISE IN SUSPENSION SYSTEM DESIGN with steering linkages for multiple payload and footprint vehicle configurations with independent axle and (or) Rigid axle commercial, passenger, and defense applications using Coil/Leaf/Pneumatic Springs. o Expert in design and integration of Propeller shafts for multiple payloads, Powertrain, and footprint configurations for TATA Motors CV portfolio (goods/passenger/Defence /EV) at every tonnage node. 12.5-TON PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION LIFT AXLE - Indigenous Design, development, and life cycle management of the 12.5 Ton Pneumatic Suspension Lift axle, Electro-Pneumatic function customization and wheel end design specification finalization.
