Working as a senior operation analyst, where my responsibility is to prepare & create customized financial reports, and factsheets for International & domestic AMC using both Morningstar data and data from other sources as per requirement. Works with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure the quality of financial reports as per requirement. Preparation of financial reports for hedge funds companies. Creating training plans & conducting training sessions for new joiners. Managing different projects in different regions. Help improve efficiency within the process with automation tools. Act as a face of Morningstar to interact and understand clients' requirements. Working with developers on new development tests and bugs in reporting software. Activations of newly launched open-end, CITs, and private funds in the Morningstar database. Attending sprint estimation/grooming calls to prioritize client requests and reported issues based on SLA, and the nature of issues/requests.
