Attitude of not selling, but helping the buyer to decide has helped me in my career. After graduating in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani in 1986, I have been climbing the ladders in the business development domain of Engineering Industries. My multilingual capability (English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi), Techno – Commercial acumen and outgoing personality has helped me in closing deals. I have successfully handled diverse product portfolios (Power Electronic Products, Welding Products, Automobiles, Switch gear and Panel accessories, Power storage products). This along with my ability of optimum utilization of resources, creating and analysis of MIS, Customer relationship management including key account management and channel management and creative problem solving has made me a winner. Last 3 years have given me an insight into manufacturing and quality processes. Here, with my technical understanding and quick learning ability, I could help develop and implement productivity and quality monitoring system.
