As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager at GAMP I am responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across various industries and sectors driving direct and indirect sales and creating value-added solutions for our clients. I leverage my strong market research communication and negotiation skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as to maintain and grow existing accounts. I have a passion for community building and engagement which I developed and honed in my previous roles as the Head of Community & Partnerships at Colexion and the Partnerships Manager at Newton School. In these roles I created executed and monitored programs and campaigns to grow and manage online and offline communities increase brand awareness and loyalty and foster collaboration and learning among members. I also established and nurtured partnerships with various organizations influencers and media outlets to enhance the reach and impact of our initiatives. I hold an MBA in Finance from NMIMS Bangalore where I acquired a solid foundation in financial analysis valuation and investment management. I also have a background in mechanical engineering which gives me a technical edge and a problem-solving mindset. My goal is to use my diverse skills and experiences to create and deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit both my organization and our partners.
