I am currently seeking employment as an Industrial Engineer. My current position is a Customer Service Representative for Alabama Power which has given me experience in performing office support duties which mainly include working daily active collections as Main Dispatcher for Metro Central Business Office and After-hours dispatcher for the Birmingham Division. My most recent employment, prior to Alabama Power, was for General Dynamics as a Quality/Manufacturing Engineer where my primary duties were to review the work performed by technicians and audit the processes against contractual requirements in order to make accept or reject determinations before the military vehicles were sold back to the government. I interacted with upper management, production supervisors, technicians/mechanics, and fellow team leaders directly on a daily basis to ensure that all issues on production floor were addressed. This experience has provided me with a solid business involvement in a fast past environment and has also provided me with an opportunity to gain leadership skills in a working atmosphere while presenting a positive professional relationship at all times. My current goal is to attain a position as an Industrial Engineer where my knowledge and interpersonal skills can be utilized and further developed.
