I am a physician-turned-Special Forces Combat Medic with over eleven years of experience blending medical expertise, leadership, and operational planning in high-pressure environments. My journey spans advanced trauma care, search and rescue operations, and hospital administration, reflecting my passion for problem-solving and resilience under extreme conditions. In my current role as a Director Recruiting in the Indian Armed Forces, I lead large-scale recruitment campaigns screening 350k candidates for Indian Army across Karnataka, Kerala, and Lakshadweep, shaping the future of the armed forces while fostering inter-organisational relations, public trust and awareness. Previously, I have managed critical operations, from organising COVID-19 response systems as Nodal Officer over a garrison of 250k residents, to directing accident and emergency care in multi-specialty 280 bed hospital as Chief of Operations. Driven by intellectual curiosity, I continuously seek growth through learning and adaptation. Currently pursuing an MBA to enhance my strategic and management acumen, I aim to bridge the gap between healthcare and innovative leadership practices. My certifications in Design-led Strategy from University of Sydney Business School, Product Management from ISB and Post Graduation in Data Science from Caltech further support my commitment to integrating agile methodologies and data-driven decisions in operational planning and execution. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am an adventurer at heart—a skilled climber, paratrooper, and skier with a deep appreciation for navigating challenges in austere environments.
